SIDE VOLLEY LLC — Terms of Use

Welcome to sidevolley.com. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and any services offered by Side Volley LLC ("Side Volley," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years of age to register, make a purchase, or create an account. Individuals under 18 may participate only with a parent or legal guardian completing registration on their behalf and agreeing to these Terms.
2. Camp Registration and Enrollment:
By registering for a Side Volley camp, you confirm that all information provided is accurate; you accept responsibility for the participant's conduct; you understand camps may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or venue issues; and Side Volley reserves the right to refuse or revoke enrollment for safety or conduct violations.
3. Payments and Refund Policy:
All fees are due at registration. Cancellations 14+ days before the camp start date are eligible for a full refund less processing fees. Cancellations fewer than 14 days out are not eligible for a refund but may receive a credit toward a future camp at our discretion. No refunds for early departures, no-shows, or conduct removals. If Side Volley cancels a camp, participants receive a full refund or transfer option. Contact info@sidevolley.com for cancellations.
4. Assumption of Risk and Waiver:
Soccer camp participation involves inherent physical risks. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Side Volley LLC, its coaches, staff, volunteers, partner universities, and affiliated organizations are not liable for injury or loss arising from camp participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. A separate liability waiver may be required at check-in.
5. Photo and Media Release:
Side Volley may photograph or record camp activities for promotional use. By registering, you grant Side Volley a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images or footage of you or the participant. To opt out, notify us in writing at info@sidevolley.com before the camp starts.
6. Code of Conduct:
All participants, parents, and guardians must treat all individuals with respect; refrain from bullying, harassment, or discrimination; follow all camp rules and coach instructions; and refrain from alcohol or illegal substances on or near camp premises. Violations may result in removal without a refund.
7. Intellectual Property:
All Site content — including text, logos, images, and branding — is the property of Side Volley LLC or its licensors. The Nike name and Swoosh are trademarks of Nike, Inc., used under authorization. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission from Side Volley LLC.
8. Third-Party Platforms and Partners:
Our programs involve third parties including Vornix Agency LLC, Squarespace, US Sports Camps, Nike Camps, and partner universities (Biola, Cal Baptist, Vanguard, Cal Lutheran, Westmont). Side Volley is not responsible for their terms or practices.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties:
THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SIDE VOLLEY DOES NOT WARRANT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
10. Limitation of Liability:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIDE VOLLEY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC CAMP GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Side Volley LLC, its officers, employees, and coaches from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, camp participation, or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of California.
13. Changes to These Terms:
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
